Operation Hill Country Hope — Mission Complete

On July 4th, 2025, severe flooding struck Central Texas, impacting families and first responders across the region—especially in Kerr County. Within days, we launched Operation Hill Country Hope, rallying our Houston & Galveston communities to collect and deliver essentials. We partnered with local businesses as drop-off locations, organized volunteers, and coordinated transport—turning compassion into action.
How the Community Mobilized
What followed was an outpouring of support that filled our hearts. Neighbors, customers, and complete strangers showed up with water, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and everyday essentials. Folks shared our posts, made calls, and checked in to see what else was needed. Because of you, families across Central Texas felt seen, supported, and cared for.
Collection: Community members dropped off supplies at our partner businesses across Galveston and Houston.
Sorting & Packing: Volunteers labeled, boxed, and staged pallets so the right items reached the right hands quickly.
Transport: Together, we delivered two 16-foot enclosed trailers—stuffed to the gills—straight to Central Texas.
From the first message to the last load, this community showed up in a big way—and we’re humbled by your generosity.
Partners Who Made It Possible
A special shoutout to our drop-off partners who opened their doors and offered their businesses as collection sites. Your willingness to stand in the gap—between your customers and our neighbors in need—made this effort possible. You didn’t just offer space—you offered hope.

We also want to thank LMNT (drinklmnt.com) for donating cases of electrolyte drink mix. Your gift went straight to first responders and flood survivors, and it was deeply appreciated on long, hot days when staying hydrated truly matters.
What We Delivered
Every case of water, every pack of hygiene items, and every box of cleaning supplies mattered. With your help, we sent:
Drinking water and beverages
Hygiene items and baby care essentials
Cleaning supplies, gloves, and paper goods
Shelf-stable food and snacks
Miscellaneous comfort items requested by local contacts
These supplies were distributed directly to families and to the responders working long shifts in difficult conditions.

On the Ground: Why It Mattered
Disasters don’t run on schedules. Getting practical help—fast—keeps families stable and responders effective. Your donations bridged the gap between need and delivery, providing immediate relief while longer-term aid ramps up. The result: less waiting, more dignity, and real comfort for people who had just been through the worst.
Gratitude, Plain and Simple
From our family to yours: thank you for your help, your heart, and your commitment to community. We’re proud to live and work among people who don’t hesitate when neighbors are in trouble. This is what it looks like when we take care of each other.
